Fits GM 8.5″ 28 spline open differential

Fits GM 8.5″ 28 spline open differential

Does not fit 8.6″ carriers with casting numbers 1073 or 7875. Both 8.5″ & 8.6″ carriers were available from 1999-2002. The 8.5″ carrier has two large openings, the 8.6 carrier has one large and one small opening.
